Does the warranty transfer when I sell my house?
Yes. The Owens Corning material warranty is fully transferable to the next homeowner, which is a meaningful selling point when listing your home. The workmanship warranty also transfers for the remaining term.
What voids the Owens Corning 50-year warranty?
The warranty requires installation by a certified contractor (which we are) and can be voided by unauthorized modifications, walking damage, or installation of solar panels by an uncertified installer. We'll advise you on any add-on work that could affect coverage.
What does the workmanship warranty actually cover?
It covers any leak, separation, or failure directly attributable to our installation — including flashing, drip edge, underlayment, ridge cap, and shingle nailing patterns. It does not cover storm damage, falling debris, or acts of nature.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Call our office at 786.362.9805 or email us. We schedule an inspection within 48 hours, document the issue, and perform any covered repairs at no cost to you.
Do you offer warranty on repairs, not just replacements?
Repairs carry a 2-year workmanship warranty. For full replacements, the 10-year workmanship + 50-year Owens Corning warranty applies. We'll clearly communicate which coverage applies to your project in writing.
