By using our website or submitting an estimate request, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Estimates
Online and phone estimates are non-binding until a written contract is signed. Pricing may change after on-site inspection if conditions differ from information provided.
Payment
Payment terms are defined in your signed contract. Deposits may be required to schedule work. Final payment is due per contract upon completion.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials as specified. Workmanship warranties, if offered, are described in your contract — not on this website alone.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to compromise site security. All content is owned by Final Roofing & Retro-Fit unless otherwise noted.
Project Photos
Unless you opt out in writing, we may photograph completed work for portfolio and marketing use without publishing personal details you ask us to omit.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Texas law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from website use. Service liability is governed by your signed contract.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes are resolved in Harris County, Texas courts unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
