2020

Foundation

Final Roofing & Retro-Fit was founded by Nayib Trochez Escobar, a skilled third-generation roofer, and Harold Gallego, an experienced engineer. Together, they set out to build a construction company grounded in quality craftsmanship and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.

2021

Expansion

After completing over 250 successful residential projects, we expanded our services to include commercial roofing and began serving clients throughout East Texas.

2022

Diversification

Recognizing the growing demand for sustainable building solutions, we added solar installation and energy-efficient renovations to our service offerings.

2023

Industry Recognition

Our commitment to excellence was recognized with multiple industry awards.

2024

New Headquarters

We moved into our new state-of-the-art headquarters in Houston, featuring a design showroom, training facilities, and expanded warehouse space to better serve our growing client base.
